  Not sure exactly how directly this Laverty Pathology was related, but I assume that the medical centre in centro shopping centre deals with this one. My son was given two blood tests and their bill was unclear about whether it was for one test or two. I've since paid the bills. Today I received ANOTHER call from their debt collection about a bill that I had paid for almost 6 weeks ago. The reason for the call "we haven't been informed by Laverty that you have paid it" (Hopefully the last of many). I just spent the last 40 mins arguing as to why it shouldn't be my job to chase up information for them. Laverty / Debt Collection, get your act together and synchronise your information - it isn't hard.
